Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid Movaro AI subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Executive), billed via Razorpay.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period; you retain access to your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refund Eligibility

  • First-time subscribers: if you're unhappy with your first paid billing cycle, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Renewal charges: refunds for subsequent renewal charges are considered case-by-case — for example, if you intended to cancel before renewal but the request didn't go through due to a verified product issue.
  • Partial/unused periods: we do not pro-rate refunds for cancelling partway through an already-paid billing period, except where required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with third-party outcomes outside our control — for example, an employer's applicant tracking system rejecting an automated application, or not receiving interviews or offers. Movaro AI automates the application process; it does not guarantee employment outcomes.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@movaroai.com with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds are processed back to your original Razorpay payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.

Failed or Disputed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, your plan is downgraded rather than charged again automatically — see our Terms of Service for the full cancellation/downgrade behavior. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, so we can resolve it directly and faster.
